Forgiveness

by Katie Glanzman   Jun 20, 2006

How could I have done that to you?
Things were different then.
You say you want me to hurt equally.
I am.
To know that the one person who could never be replaced,
the one I have loved more than anyone in the world,
the one that makes me laugh, that helped me grow.
To know that I hurt you,

Is the greatest pain I've ever felt.
The funny thing is.
It's your forgiveness that's killing me.
