Memory

I remember it as if it was yesterday.
The shimmering shiny sun was high.
Water-balloons were flying all over the place,
Like missiles, flying right past my face.
Then getting hit, harder than ever,
Feeling the water trickle down my side.
The screechy sound of splashing balloons
Fill the atmosphere as well as the kids screaming.
Finally getting hold of a balloon in my hands
And throwing it, watching it soar in the air,
And then seeing it finally hit the target.
Splash!

Aww.. hehe! that sounds so fun! how come i wasn't there? :P great write, the descriptions were very vivid and it flowed well.. the only problem i could find was here :

Water-balloons were flying right past my face,
Like missiles, flying right past my face.
^ i dont think you should say "flying right past my face" it ruins the effect..

    great write though! 5/5
