Mind

by Odessa   Jun 20, 2006

Eyes, the supposedly window to your
Soul, the reluctant being within you
You've never used it.
Never felt the wholeness it causes a person.
Nothing can ever kill this sense of oneness with nature.
You, the very reflection of society
An outcast, rebel, outlaw
whatever you want to call it
That's you.
Technology, innovative proof of the powerful, knowledgable, intellect
Of the complex human
Brain, I can never begin to understand this intelligence
It will never stop to seek more and gather information
As long as there is something to explore
Before, after, within, without...
Forever reigns existence
of this humanly character
Cycle of life
will not be any natural
for we are playing our own GOD
And soon
There is no stopping this selfish realm
Soon
This earth we call home will cease to be the home we labeled it.
Evolution and everything there is
Shall pause for a moment
And bow down to the greatness of our
Mind
