Too Long

by glover   Jun 21, 2006

A month would seem forever
a fortnight eternity
Not to see my lover
and hold her close to me.

A week is merely seven days
Not long, so some would say
But I need to hold my Beamer
in a very special way.

Can't I wait for twenty four hours
to hold and kiss and touch?
no, not even that much time
and I'm missing her so much.

One hour away from her sweet lips
and I can hardly stand.
I want her suckeling on my nips
and guiding my wandering hand.

Every minute and second of every day
are spent with her in my heart.
I'm never far from her, if only in thought
And I don't plan to start.
