Good poem, I really like it, its like this feeling of someone who has done so much to hurt you and you want them to just disappear from your life but at the same time you wish things could be the way they used to be...it's an awesome write, keep going

I'm not even gonna pretend to know what this means to you, but it said a lot to me. It was a great poem, and I say thank you for writing it. excellent work!

Wow.. there was so much emotion put into this. I'm not really sure what it means to you, but I think its about someone who you have a lot of feelings for keeps leaving you then wanting to comeback into your life, but you dont want them to. Great job!

I won't pretend to know what this means or say that I can relate as it's something more personal for yourself. I will say that while more sad poems tend ot be repetitive, I found this one an enjoyable read. You might want to retake a look at this:

Even as you promise yourself it's okay
I tell you that this isn't right
You still taste bittersweet on my tongue
I know this isn't right, it's not right...

You have the word right more than you should in this stanza. But at the same time it feels more like the speaker is reassuring themself.
