Never Give In

I write my poems
When Im sad
So most of them are about
What I wish we had

You always say
You like what you see
But then you add
You and I could never be

You tell me how you want it
No strings attached
My heart is locked up
With one special latch

Id never give in
To the eyes of a man
Id reject you touch
Because I know I can

Therefore Im safe
The one you cant hurt
You cannot touch
Coz she knows your dirt

I may look like an idiot
But thats my charm
When youâ??re around
I hear a red alarm

It warns me
To back away
Block my ears
From everything you say
