One night i layed and wondered
what it is is that makes me love you
as much as i do
i think its merely the fact
you put more effort into making me happy
than i expected you to
its the feeling i get
when the phone rings
and its your daily call
or maybe i fall a little more
every time you call me your baby girl
it could be the butterflies i get
when i hear your laugh or see you smile
I'm thinking another reason
is all the perfect things you say
when you told me you loved me more than i could imagine
baby, that made my day
i just wanted to let you know
when i tell you i love you
its only pure truth
an the day an artificial rose dies .....
is the day i stop loving you
