Hurt & Pain

As I sit here in the dark,

I can't help but wonder how we fell apart,

Though I might have had feelings for someone new,

He could never replace the love I hold for you,

Now that we have grown apart,

Not only in distance but in heart,

I feel so bad for what I did to you,

To make you want me,but me not want you,

Even now we don't talk at all, its like,

Without you if I go to walk I fall,

I never realized it before this,

Your the thing at night for which i wish,

But for now there's only one thing I can do,

Maybe try to start our friendship anew,

Things might become like they used to be,

Like when we talked we laughed happily,

But there will be a day, when things will be okay,

Instead of sitting here in the dark, wondering how things fell apart,

I'll be in the light, thanking God things turned out right
