Falling

For Shane..

I've put myself on this ledge..
Terrified of falling.

But I look down below without fear or doubt..
Just courage and love.

I see him down below with his arms wide open..
Ready to catch me when I fall.

So I close my eyes and I brace myself.
I\'ve fallen.

I open my eyes and I feel breathless.

I see those gorgeous baby blues and that irresistible smile.

With my heart racing..
I take a deep breath..
And I find myself in the arms of the one I truly love.
