So much is said with so few words

So much is said with so few words;
Her silence fore tells a thousand tales;
I understand her but do not comprehend;
My ears heard her but was I listening ?;

Cold war is fought with bitterness;
Silent tears are all shed in our hearts..
My wondering mind hesitated with fear;
For there are too many maybes...
Too much of doubts,
Words have lost their innocence and truth;
We see no purpose in speaking...
For the expression tells it all...
There are no answers,
For we are seeking none.
Forget the wweetness from our yester years;
Remember me not, let me go...
