Unsuspecting Love

by Jennelle Felix   Jul 3, 2006

Lying under the watchful eyes of the night,
Always constant showing no fright,
The natural sweet taste upon my tongue,
I breathe the warm air that fills my lungs,
The impending love of the night’s ambition,
Forever my soul shall never stop missing,
Creating the most devious and uncontrollable art,
The night’s moon shall never be set at ark.
The sound of non existent music it plays,
Cheers the one who has come and still stays,
For eternal love that we do share,
Upon my body which is bare,
Lying under the watchful eyes of the night,
For my face remains in his sight,
For his beauty resembles the night,
Which my eyes will remain into his sight.
