Dark cinderella part 3

by boo boo   Jul 5, 2006

I cant believe they discovered us... now we will have to run, whispered Layla.
no, I am done running, I must be free, cried Deamyn
But I won t leave you, she said slowly.
we can be free together, as to be with each other forever, said Deamyn
Such a ghastly idea from such an exquisite spectacle, but i promise to be free with you tonight whispered Layla.

Then he grabbed Laylas hand and led her down the winding stairs and into the garden as voices called after them, loud, and relentlessly. "I don't want to go back there," Layla whispered into deamyns ear.

She stepped into the calm mist, dark shadows looming over her,
She looked beautiful like a bat beneath the moonlight.
Moss grew slippery underneath the midnight rain

Bats fluttered past her ears chilling her bones, as he followed close behind. Rain started to fall from the shimmering stars like tears falling from the heavens above and they began to dash for shelter.

They found cover underneath a weeping willow that cried on the muddy banks of the flowing river. Both there legs dangling weakly in the numbing slithering flow of the rivers edge.

She looked up at the luminosity of the full moon her view colliding with a spider web that hung off the ancient branches, the web outlined with drops of water that looked like stars in the distant moon light.

A white glowing moth fluttered past getting caught in the web and tore the perfectly symmetrical pattern of the tear-lined web in its tragic fight to get free ripping its delicate silk wings in the battle. Thunder beaconed in the distance as lightning blazed across the dead sky.

Her hands trembled as she touched deamyns face with her gentle hands and combed them through his black smooth hair. Sweat dripped down the back of his neck as he looked up at her emotionless face her eyes piercing through him. Thunder erupted in the distance disturbing a family of bats, they flew out of hiding and began their nightly hunt.

Deamyn wrapped his warm arms around her as the night sky lit up and the rain poured. If this night is all I have can you make it last she whispered into the wind. He is still counting the seconds and minutes pass by.

A whispering wind trickled around her shoulders and the leaves began to rustle as dips of water trickled down Laylas back. Goosebumps come into sight as her skin glowed in the moonlight, and stars shone in her eternal sapphire eyes.

A dark tear fell down her face staining her pale cheek
\"thank you\" she whispered as he raised the gun
\"ill see you soon\" he replied as is damp lips kissed her moist forehead.

And with 2 bullets from the gun Layla and her prince were free.

A cry in the dark
As her blood mixed with the rain upon the grass
Their lifeless bodies laid on the blood stained grass beneath the swaying branches of the weeping willow

As if dressed for a gothic ball, they lay hand in hand
soon to be re-united to live happily ever after this dark Cinderella and her prince.

And as the sun rose the next day
the music continued to play
What was once is now gone like the waves crashing down on the shore.

The skies stained red and the sun rose with its glowing yellow rays projecting light across the lands. . The river welcomed them as their lives sank into the murky river banks. The shimmer of the flowing river was tranquil as the blood of the two lovers mingled and collided as it swept across the shallow banks of the rivers shores

They died that night and walked together into the light, They Died for their love denied. Ending their lives in a romantic fashion. in a full moon murder suicide. The leaves fall down, Remembrance of the date; When both of them died.. And No one will know she\'s missing, because no one knows her name. A little lost angel, who lived a life of hurt and pain...

Underneath the weeping willow they lay together united as one
Leaving the world of misfortune behind for the damage has finally been done

And every year on that same night it is said that they are seen sitting under the weeping willow in which they laid the night they died as there spirits dance underneath the moonlight along with the sway of the leaves.
