Beauty was a curse

by ivan070   Jul 8, 2006

The coldness in her eyes greeted me;
Telling me in silence;
That her warm heart is now dead;
Murdered and butchered in a gruesome manner...
By the awaiting vultures;
and opportunists preying on her;

She had beauty
and beauty was a curse;
She attracted lust and thought it was love;
Happiness has eluded her;
So was true love...

Her tears are now dry;
She has no emotions and has lost her faith;
Her sweet innocence is now gone forever;

She gave a smile and said...
Changes are inevitable;
I am no longer the sweet girl you once knew...
This cruel world has changed me;
Dont be nice to me,
I am not worth your trouble...
