Replinished love of a rose

Fill the veins
until they run
wide with your love.
To be loved again
would spring red into
this brown and broken figure
once called a flower.
Dry to the touch
and drained of the moisture
which kept it content.
Embrace it with your heart
and fill it with
life once again.
Its thankfulness
cannot be heard.
Only can it be observed
through the beauty
that it will achieve in time.
