The Misery Became Me.

by Kayla   Jul 12, 2006

As I'm walking down the aisle
Its more then I can take.
To know that your unfaithfulness
Has caused me such heartache.

I see you standing there
Smiling like a ghost.
Your dead inside I know it
Maybe that's what hurts the most.

I see something silver
Your clutching your grasp is strong.
Your love is false, your smile is sly
But for all the reasons that are wrong.

I arrive at the altar.
And suddenly the silver in your hand.
Has found its place inside my heart.
And now I can no longer stand.

I'm lying here bleeding.
My mom shouts for an ambulance to come.
So that they can revive me.
So my father won't lose himself to rum.

But I'm afraid it's too late.
My time is now, later you will see.
Your a cruel man
But the misery, it became me.
