All my fault

by Angie Lopez   Jul 17, 2006

I'm always feeling bad
I really want to help
but in the end
I'm blaming myself

I know I'm wrong
You're leaving in a few days
I shouldv'e just listened to you
I shouldv'e just obyed

I try to work things out
but the problem gets worse
Why don't I know what to do
I think that hurts the most

I'm trying to make you talk
but you refuse to say a word
You don't want to argue
So now your feelings won't be heard

Does it matter if we argue
Just tell me what you feel
lets talk about it
then the problem could heal

I'm wanting to listen
but you never give in
why is it that I have to lose
and you always win

I guess I need to realize
everything is my fault
I don't try hard enough
so don't tell me it's not

I'm always feeling bad
I reall want to help
but in the end
I'm blaming myself

    Hhmmm... sounds tragic
you have good rhymes that don't sound forced although a couple aren't exact rhymes i found they worked well. the repeated stanza (first and last) was a good way to start and finish it kinda lead us into the poem and finished it well at the end.
