**Alone**

Its so cold in here, so dark, and so lonely. i lay alone in my bed, shivering; thinking of you. i drift off to sleep, thoughts of you sparking dreams; dreams of happiness, dreams of love......dreams of you. i float off to a better place, a place where i am finally warm, a place where i can finally smile. but alone i wake, back here in this cold dark place. alone i wake without happiness, without warmth, but worst of all...... without you.
