Break This Memory

by Erica   Jul 18, 2006

*i couldn't think straight when i was writing this so it just came out as a jumble but i thought id post it anyways*

I saw you in my dreams
Like faded photographs
For a moment we were real

Together like it should be
But the night faded the streets
And the morning stole me away

Maybe I should just go
I'm tired of the wasted time
And the endless dial tone

I'm screaming out your window
But I don't think your home
So I'll fall asleep in your bed until morning

The clock stopped ticking
I couldn't find you
I'm lost, I'm lost
