I gave into you so easily,
Didnt even put up a fight,
Just ran right back into those arms,
Longing for them to hold me tight,
I gave into your love,
Lying together on that bed,
The images of you and her,
Began to fill my head,
Realising it cannot be that easy,
The tears began to form,
Although its all I want,
I cant pretend this is the norm

You dropped me in a bed of needles and left me there to die,
Never gave an explanation for the reason why I cry,
Turned your back and forgot all love,
Just said it wasnt there,

Was your vacation worth while,
Did you ever think youd be crawling back
Did you clear your mind without me,
While you had her on her back.

Is that when you realised you loved me more than you ever knew,

Confused, distressed, sorry beyond belief,
Reminiscing now, consumed by grief.
