We live right down the road from each other
yet it feels like we are 3000 miles apart
i sit in my room, waiting for your ring tone
so i can pick up and hear your sweet voice
but it seems I've been waiting forever
you say you love me for who i am
but why is it every time i turn around
you try to change me
i just want to love you forever
but how can i do that when all you do is yell and scream
i just want to make you happy
give you everything you need
it just seems like I'm not good enough for you anymore
why cant we be the way we used to be?
when all we fought about was who loves who more
not over what happened "before" we started dating
We have been together for almost a year
but we have fought so much it seems like we have been together for 10 years
all i really want to do is love you forever
and spend all my days with you
