THE SPINNING INSTRUCTOR

by Ice Bouquet   Jul 28, 2006

I have a liking for the muscle of this man,
Legs and calves like marble.
I look at the lines and curves of his body,
I won't see that precocious smile.

I dreamt of him again last night,
and we have hardly spoken ,
but I know his shape from a mile.
He gave me a look in my dream,
that I see on his face in the wake of day,
not looking at me but rather away.

I am becoming obsessed as he ignores me,
Daydreaming of his tan and smooth skin,
Oh my God, I want what I cant have,
This man will lead me away from the reality I should be in.
