Summer morning

by Jenn   Jul 28, 2006

I awoken by the touch of the sun kissed window, glaring in through my screen.
Looked out the window, to the dew covered day, and everything was as it seems.

The grass was beamed with golden, rays of a shining sun.
The garden was still blooming, all colors, all fun.

As the window is opened, the nature fills the room.
The birds that tweet and twatter, surrounds me in a loom.

The smell of dew dripped flowers, as they open to the morn,
I watch them as they listen, and awaken to be born.

A beautiful sight indeed, to see the day come alive.
Just this is the beginning. of the whole full day to arrive.
