The ups and downs

Love hurts and makes you cry
one second you're happy the next you wanna die
your stomach all fluttered,your heart skips beats
making love in your favorite sheets
eating ice-cream, crying in the dark
kissing in the rain or alone in the park
with him you feel complete
don't know how sooner ya'll didn't meet
time stops when you kiss
two seconds without him you already miss
miss voice, kiss, body against yours
making love, your soul sores

    Ooohh. how sweet. I imagine that love is something like that...
    "Soul sores" sounded, um, a bit strange, because I have never heard it before, but yes, I suppose that is about right, how the soul gets sores on it when you are hurt to the heart..
    I suppose I don't make much sense, but I just wanted to say that this poem reflected a lot of truth, such as in the lines "Love hurts and makes you cry
    one second you're happy the next you wanna die"
    I have seen that happen to people.
