Magic Trick

I tricked myself into believe he was true
My heart was closed when he whispered "I love you"
I was the fool to think he would change for me
I tricked myself when I thought his honesty was what I would achieve

The magic trick of love won over my heart
It had me amazed right from the start
On the count of three
The magician fooled me

He told me he meant his every word
Then he pierced my soul with his magical sword
Abracadabra..out my life he goes
Now you see him..now u don't...where he went..NOBODY KNOWS

I tricked myself by believe the hype
I only believed what was in my sight
I asked how he did it
He responded "A good magician never reveals his secrets"
