Death's Whisper

by Christine   Aug 5, 2006

Death is but a whisper in my ear,
Taunting me but never coming near.
I long to cut the pain from my chest,
To choke on the blood that stops my last breath.
He makes me feel so hollow and empty inside,
Loving someone that only makes him cry.
So I beg for death to come my way,
To end this life and erase my pain.
