Deep within the darkness I was lost inside
Unable to see the world around me,
Tears falling from my eyes.
Someone reaches out to hold me,
And in the darkness I see a light
Shining around him, illuminating the night.
He leads me through the darkness,
And fills my heart with strength.
He is the courage inside my soul,
The light that shines eternally.
