I Dream

I dream of flying with the dragons,
soaring through the stars on their backs
and feeling truly free.
I dream of running with the unicorns,
never stopping, never looking back
at where I used to be.
I dream of dancing with the fairies,
twirling over and over again
to their enchanting melodies.
I dream of swimming with the mermaids,
exploring a different world
under the sea.
I dream of a magical world where I belong,
but where I can never be.
