He Had His Love

by miszsmilez   Aug 7, 2006

He had a crush, and all through life,
He pondered over her being his wife.
He didnt exist, she paid him no mind,
But he smiled at her, and was very kind.
He held her books
Commented her good looks.
Working hard to win her,
His goal would not defer
And when push came to shove
He had his love.

She ignored him
Made small talk with Jim.
This intensified his rage,
Emotions remained trapped in a cage
He continued to stay strong
Endured her wrongs
Because shed come around
Slowly, not making a sound.
And shed be beautiful like a dove.
He had his love.
