Are the Stars in Place?

In the midst of this dark and dreary night.
Walking into life with a blindfold
Hearts apart in two different worlds
Who\'d know they will fuse someday?

I am not a genius with the stars
Or a mad reader of the signs
Just a hush and wait maniac
That is lucky to have a star shine on
Your grace is life to me and what joy?

As i continue to rendezvous along this planet
In a cosmic plane that none can fathom,
I believe you will always be there
To tuck my cold heartbeat with your warmth

I am a happy man despite the odds
I find the strength in your rewarding shoulder
And for sure this short recess will pass
And when we are together love will grow strong.
