A letter to my Friends

by Aline   Aug 13, 2006

I left my assiduousness behind
It was that era I was totally blind
I ask you for love and splendor
I ask you for a fortune tonight

Maybe I deserve not a chance
Then ascertain me on thy haze I dance
And howl with me for the perpetuity
So for our limbs to heaven us glance

Sometimes it is grueling to believe
That in my lungs was hatred what I breathed
But as the moments acclaimed me
I swore the imp to finally disappear

I was a shadow behind a broken chair
I was cannon you can harshly bear
I fail not to remember you my friends
And remind you that to heaven is an up way stair…
