As i lay my head on your chest once more,
and feel your heart beating with the rhythm of life,
you kiss me and i forget all my pain,
i forget what life has done to you and me,
and in that moment we're as happy as can be,
why do are families have to cause us such misery,
stopping me from seeing you and you from seeing me,
they don't understand just how much i love you,
they say they don't want to see me get hurt,
but they're the only ones hurting me, i know you never would,
you never could, there's not a rotten soul in your body,
your perfect in every way, i can't believe i found someone like you,
I've been heart broken before but never did i imagine i would feel like this,
you were my best friend, always there to care,
i never saw the love in your eyes, that you said was always there,
i see it now, under the moonlight, as i lay next to you,
in the park, are special meeting place,
where no one can find us, you are my dirty little secret,
you make me promise to never leave you, and i swear i never will,
never did i think i would find someone as perfect as you,
i want this moment to last forever,
for you and me to stay together,
are families have tried to separate us,
but failed, unsuccessful,
now i promise nothing else will come between us,
its just you and me from now on.
