Her way out

by Haven   Aug 25, 2006

Inside this dark wood,
She Walks over to the pond,
It's so dark,
she can not see,
On the bottom it's a shinny little thing,
she jumps to get it out from that eternal darkness,
This thing can change the meaning of life,
Starring at it, she realizes the real value of what she found,
She keep it to her heart.

She walks again,
Trying to find the way out of all the darkness,
A river running slowly a few miles away,
She finds it and follows it,
She walks against the stream,
The only way to find the truth is to walk against it,
She wouldn't have deared this on her own,
But she get strength from that thing she found,
It's odd how such an little thing can be filled with so much power.

After a long walk she finds the end of this long river,
She found her way back home,
Thanks to this little odd thing that can't be explained
