Hold On

by clevername   Sep 1, 2006

Will you promise to hold me forever,
Will you promise to not let go,
Will you promise to whisper I love you...

...Will you promise to say it with truth.

Will you be my guiding light,
When all I feel is fright.

Will you cry when I cry?
Will you weep when I weep?
Will you pray when I pray.

Hang On, you said...

Hang On,

Touch my tears,
And tell me, that this isn't worth it.
Kiss my lips,
And tell me, that this is what love should feel like.

Hold me forever,
And when I slip,
Pick me up.
Love me forever,
And when I'm sad,
Make me smile.

Hold On, you said...

Hold on.

If you kiss my lips,
I'll kiss you back.
If you keep me standing,
I'll straighten your back.

Because you're my guiding,
When you erased all my fright.
And this is our precious child,
Lying in our arms tonight.

Dont worry i had no intention to yell at you, some of the things you said but at the time i was just writing what i felt. our schools might be different. And i wasnt saying anything about people being gay and offending them i was saying that people just decide to be gay spontaneously becuase they think it would be fun. One day they will be with a guy and the next day they say they are a lesbian its just kind of odd to me. i dont i guess we have different views..this is just the way i see things i didnt mean for anyone to get offended or anything
