Dancing Alone

by ~T i a n a~   Sep 3, 2006

His eyes twinkle in the motion of time,
all movement stops as they both dance alone.
slowly, softly, all unpredictable,
walking into the sunset, holding hands.
she sat on the swing and sung sweetly,
he was the on thing hanging on her mind.
but just one word and she fell to the ground,
her life suddenly fallen to pieces.
one moment things were happy,
next dull, meaningless, not one things right.
nothing will compare to the love they shared,
no one will ever replace how he cared.
not now as she walks from this love alone,
alone she will stay as her love goes on.
