I am such a fool for you,
You catch me every time,
With those piercing blue eyes,
It only takes a wink,

I try to tell you that I can't,
Can't do this anymore,
Cos it hurts too much,
To let you go,

I knew from the start,

That this would never work,

Forbidden love is what we had,
And neither of us had the courage,
To walk away from where we were,
And be together.

We are the same person,

Have always known it.
