Its a relaly nice poem

The rhyming seem forced which leaves bad impression. You expressed emotion in a good way and you have nice wording through the poem.
I like the lines:
-to me you are a shining candle in a dark place
to me you are a guiding star in the entire space
to me you are footprints when there is nothing to trace-

I just suggest that you work a little bit more on rhymes.
