Daddy's little girl

I wish i could go back in time
when my daddy was the only guy in my eyes.
maybe then i wouldn't hurt as much as now
probably wont be as confused, lost, and always wondering why
id rather hear my daddy's excuses why not to eat candy
than worry why you didn't call and spend the rest of my day unhappy
id rather have my daddy give me piggyback rides
than argue with you and have a million fights
I'm best off with my daddy doing crafts and arts
other than waiting here to get broken hearts
if only i can go back
i would choose to stay daddy's little girl and get Barbie dolls and toys.
it sure as hell beats going through all the pain for stupid boys.
