Not sure......

I went to the Doctor
The doctor said hello
He asked me some questions
That I couldn’t comprehend
He asked me what was wrong with me
And I said I feel so miserable
My world has fallen apart
The things that happened
The things that changed
The day got all rearranged
It’s to hard to explain
But I feel so very alone
Swimming in the sea, alone
Like no one’s there to catch me when I fall off a cliff
Or save me when I’m drowning in a sea full of fish
Yes my world is so very small because the 1 person I love
Left me alone, cold and scared
Was it meant to be can you fix it?
He just sat there and said
Maim im so very sorry bit I can’t fix the whole in your heart
He gave me advice to fix it
But the one thing I will never forget
Was the morning I went to the doctor
And the doctor said hello
