Hair sways pressed to the side of his face like the halo of forever.
nothing matters in the luminous light of his shallow regrets.
nothing mattered more than the time he admitted his love for my breath.
i slowly pictured the paper thin fangs digging in my neck, his pearl teeth puncturing my veins.
and i planned out to close my eyes and if he's lucky whisper the sweetest of things.
to have his warmth all the time by my side to keep out the cold.
to stare into those deep capturing eyes forever as we both grow old.
who would have known i seeked the boy who/s half vampire.
the boy with the fetish for blood draping my body as i carefully tell him this is my most favorite of hobbies.
he/s watching over me no matter how depressed i may get.
and i love my gothic guardian angel who can help things make sense.
i know he loves me for i can see by the look in his eyes.
