Until my heart can beat no more...

by Jacob M Parnell   Sep 27, 2006

I don't know what to say.
To explain how I feel.
Its sounds so cliche.
But I know this is still real.

I know I still love you.
I still desire your touch.
You say you love me too.
But this has been too much.

Your stuck in my mind.
It's impossible to think.
I eventually go blind.
And my brain floods with ink.

Your beauty haunts me.
It taunts me in the night.
I'm hoping now you'll see.
And finally realize I'm right.

I miss you so much.
I only wish you knew.
I still desire your touch.
My love is still true.

I want you to read this.
Remembering all we've done.
Remember our first kiss.
Remember how it begun.

You said you fell for my poems.
They kept you awake that night.
And in our worst moments.
They made it all right.

Recall the night at beechwood.
How inseparable we were.
Remember all the good.
Our love was a spur.

Thats where we kissed.
Where We held hands.
And In the midst.
We made our life plans.

We could sit in silence.
No need saying one word.
Our love had hit.
Destiny had occurred.

Or remember Valentines Day.
And the dinner I destroyed.
The necklace and bouquet.
The night you said you enjoyed.

All of the laughs.
Even all of the cries.
It was worth it.
When I looked into your eyes.

I will always be with you.
I'll be the pounding in your heart.
You know its true.
Youve known from the start.

What I'm trying to say.
What I'm really trying to decor.
Is that ill love you in every way.
Until my heart can beat no more...
