For my one and Only

There are many things that Ive been through,

I bet some things, you never knew.

I've felt so much pain, and have kept it in,

but right now I'm the happiest I've ever been.

I've cried out the tears, and had to shout,

but everyone does, it's what life's about.

But all of that pain turned to ease,

When I met the boy who made me weak in the knees.

We talked for hours on the phone,

He showed me love that I've never known.

When he kissed me that's when I knew,

That he was the one, I'd hold on to.

I made some mistakes, and almost lost it all,

But he forgave me, and now calls me baby doll.

That trust that I broke, kind of put us apart.

But it's slowly making it's way, right back to the start.

He'll never know how much I love him, and he'll never understand,

That I would go to the ends of the earth.. but on the other hand..

I'd run past the end of the earth, and make it to the moon.

I would swim across the oceans and fight off a monsoon.

Just to hear him say "I love you" and to look at him and say,

"Your my life, my love, my everything, and I'm thankful everyday."
