One Word before you go

by Just Wishes   Oct 1, 2006

One word before you go.
One thing and then you are free to leave.
I wanna ask you a question
Though I don expect the answer in complete.
Why today you're saying goodbye.
Why do you want to lock our door when it's open wide?
What made you choose such a bitter end,
To a story recently was written.
Was it me?
Or the blame lies on days.
Come here! Tell me the truth..
For you owe me this.
Neither a hug nor a kiss.
I want you just to explain,
How come today my heart you want to break.
What's the price?
Say it twice and trice.
I can't buy it and it's hard to take it.
That tomorrow you won't be there.
That I can stand still as a mountain when you are saying goodbye is OK.
If it wasn't my self-pride I would have cried.
Till my eyes get blind.
As blind as my poor heart.
For I doubt it will see again after we part.
