Deep in oblivion

by ma liza abaloyan   Oct 6, 2006

I'm sinking deep in oblivion
I'm blinded by the darkness
I'm so deep i cant climb out
i try so hard to see
but only failure surrounds me

i see a light deep in this abyss
its your face i see at the end of light
but your just so hard to reach
you seem very near yet so very far

pride, hate, envy stand between us
they're so powerful i cant get to you
green-eyed fools who tried
succeeded in breaking and crushing us

this terrible heartache and sadness
its too much i cant bear it
so many times have i wished to sleep
and never wake up
when only misery greets me each day

I'm sinking, sinking so deep
as time goes by
you get harder and harder t reach
your moving farther and farther away
