Leap

by Taryn   Oct 6, 2006

As I sit and watch the seasons pass,
Realizing how the world moves so fast.
So I slow down to take a look,
Suddenly, my heart a boy took.
Not like all the others,
When I run, he'll be my cover.
He pulls me to my feet,
And sets my heart offbeat.
Ever since the day we met,
I knew this was something I wouldn't regret.
He tells me he cares,
And he proves it by being there.
Falling in love with his blue eyes,
Came as no surprise.
I've fallen fast,
And I hope it will last.
He makes me feel like never before,
I know he will cause me no heart sore.
For I've taken a leap,
Cause this is something deep...
