A dream

I dreamed of you last night.
i dreamed of the way you could touch me,
of the way you could kiss me,
of the way you could hold me,
i dreamed of what you could be,
of what we should be,
i even dreamed of the future we could have together,
of us growing old together.
But then i woke up,
and i realized it was just a really good dream,
a dream that would soon be a reality.
