No More Games

by Jackie Prahl   Oct 11, 2006

Refreshing knowledge
of seat and tears,
flying and falling.
Strength isn't a falsity,
Nor am I.
Who say I need that.
Games, these mental distortions
fed up with the chase,
follow me if you can.
Yep you like the curves,
oh what you like the mind.
Wait, what, where'd you go?
Hit the tracks,
your not keeping pace.
I'm crazy, Psycho you say.
think what you like,
I've just been hurt too much,
just don't need it.
Not another knife in the back.
I'm not letting you walk
no, I'm not a throw rug
just get off my back
and take the time.
Someday one person
will see the reality of me
so what if it's not you!
