Disappear

Disappear

Fading away, never to been seen again
Wasting away, slowly creeping to my grave
Falling again, dreaming of this despair
Decaying now, my halos coming down

Fearing the unknown, embracing the darkness
Choking from within, suffocating with silence
Screaming out, hearing no echo
The clock is ticking, my time is up

Disappearing from you, never to be seen again
Reaching out, feeling no flesh
Griping my heart, blood runs cold
Nails digging deep, scraping away the bones

The door is closed, the locks are turning
The light is fading, candles burning out
Windows are closing, the latches are tightening
Eyes are weary, sleep beckons my calling

Crawling into a hole, so black and cold
No way out, the walls are closing
Scared and alone, no need to fear
The darkness cradles you, it makes you disappear

Thorns in my skin, blood in my eyes
Tears on the ground, slowly turn to ice
Body feeling weak, falling on the floor
Drifting away, spiraling into emptiness

The glass breaks, shards are on the floor
Staring down, seeing no reflection
Falling down, skin is pierced
Blood flowing out, hands cease to move

This is all a dream, just a fantasy
An eternal nightmare, no end in sight
I’m done playing, the game is over
I’m breaking out, it’s time to disappear
