How dare you

by Emm   Oct 16, 2006

Murder on my lips,
Memories of bitterness,
I bite my lip and think of this,
How dare you.

Empty soul but wary,
Of you and of this lie,
I wish that blood will wash away my pain.
How dare you.

Everyone wants a piece of me,
I have nothing left to give,
I'm battered, shattered, bruised and broken,
No reason now to live.
How dare you.

You stole my laugh,
Everything I am,
And everything I was,
How dare you.

You shattered dreams,
As you run away, a coward,
How dare you.

Take your time when stomping on my heart,
My mind will fall apart.
Days go by in ritual.
Without you,
How dare you.

I loved you,
Or at least the idea of you.
You punished me for wrong.
And rewarded me by running away.
How dare you.

You are the inspiration to most of my thoughts.
A work of useless art.
How dare you.
