Ill agree its not your best but its still good dont be too hard, i got a few poems that i just couldnt express myself in and i too tried to write about it its called why write lol, try this

It frustrates me,
not being able to write
My thoughts are dull
when once they were so bright

try moving the "so" before "bright" to after "it frustrates me" it will help the flow in that stanza
