Dethroned love

by JASON   Oct 16, 2006

Unimaginable love once conquered thy heart
Passionate, powerful, tenderness yet forthright
As promised in thy words of my spoken vows
Envied in thy eyes of the over zealous
My queens dying love ended it all
Dethroning my love an the motion set forth
Her conniving ways poisoned thy heart
Her deceitful ways clouded thy mind
Ambitiously scaring thy eyes with
Disillusioned tears streaming down
My distorted face
Gradually Embracing thy shattered heart on the deck
Echoes of whispers as my screams start
To fade, unwillingly accepting thy loneliness an hate

I really liked the way that you have worded this poem, the vocabulary you have used is superb and I also liked the fact that the poem had an olden day style love story to it by repetitively using thy. Overall wonderful job.

    Take Care.
